Empaths, Boundaries, and Protections

Service Description

This group is designed to help with protections and boundaries that can be used in everyday life for sensitive people. We will meet once a month. There will be a grounding practice with mediations and a reading. This will give sensitive people or empaths tools to take good care of themselves in this time of harder energy on this planet. We will talk about keeping good boundaries and protections to keep you safe. Each of you will share one challenge that you have had; in a safe environment if you would like or you can just listen. Keeping a positive solution for putting ideas forward in support of your challenge. (We will be meeting on the 3rd Tuesday of each month for 4 months- $100 is the package for all)
