This workshop will focus on what Chakras are and why it's important to keep them balanced for your well being. I will talk about what emotions are tied to which Chakra. We will practice a couple different techniques that will help clear yourself- Chanting and a Guided Mediation on each Chakra. • Colors • Vibrations and Sounds • Stones • Essential Oils • Different Energy Healing These are all topics that we will be discussing.
